Haynes Flute #40171, Handmade, Silver, Soldered Tone Holes, B Foot, Open Hole.

This beautiful Haynes Flute, made in 1972, has been maticulously maintained by its sole owner. It has a ‘Wummer Style’ head joint, and it plays with a sweetness, ease and warmth that are balanced by the easy articulation and even tonal quality throughout all octaves.

The traditional pads are in very good, used condition, and won’t need to be changed for a number of years to come. The mechanism and body are in perfect condition, with no dings, dents or scratches. Recently COA’d by the amazing: Steven Finley of FluteFX in Boston!
