David C. Williams Silver Head Joint #24

Williams Silver Head #24 has a warm, direct and clear tonal palette. Made by flutemaker David Williams and named after Gary Schocker – the flutist to whose demanding specifications it was created, – it combines the solid warmth of Williams head joints with the delicate nuance of Schocker’s Vintage Haynes- influenced aesthetic.

When we put it on one of the flutes in our inventory, it nearly doubled the volume, power and projection. Without having to work twice as hard, the solid core was present, with a quick articulation and good dynamic range.

In perfect condition, with no dings, dents or scratches.
